Mechanical Estimator

A Mechanical Estimator is required at a well-established Lincolnshire based company specialising in commercial and industrial plumbing, heating, ventilation and air conditioning.

Start Date: Immediate
Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Salary: £56,000 per annum
Working Conditions: Office-Based

Key Responsibilities:

• Estimating for all types ofHVAC mechanical projects, including:
  
  
  
  • MOD (Ministry of Defence)
  
  
  • Schools & Universities
  
  
  • NHS facilities
  
  
  • Offices & commercial spaces
  
  
  
  


• Collaborating with internal teams to develop accurate cost estimates


• Managing project scopes, specifications, and requirements


• Providing detailed proposals for a wide range of projects, with values from £5,000 to £900,000


• Ensuring that all estimates are in line with project budgets and timelines


• Working closely with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure the timely completion of estimates.????

Requirements:

• Proven experience in HVAC mechanical estimating (essential)


• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and HVAC technologies


• Experience working on a range of projects (MOD, educational, NHS, commercial, etc.)


• Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills


• Ability to manage multiple projects at once, ensuring high-quality and accurate estimates


• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
