Replenishment Assistant:

In this role the focus is on the important task of restocking products on the shelves with care and helping customers and colleagues.

• Shifts patterns: Monday - Sunday, dates and timings vary depending on the store requirements.


• Main duties (Replenishment Assistant):
  
  
  
  • Replenishing stock, while following best practice
  
  
  • Knowing where products are located and stored
  
  
  • Helping customers on the shop floor
  
  
  • Understanding stock rotation
  
  
  • Cleaning or organising
  
  
  • Using technology and gadgets
  
  
  
  

Online Inductions for replen:

Prior to their first shift, each candidate must complete an online induction.

Once the worker has completed the online training, they will need to make a screenshot to confirm completion
