The Role
Supervisor - Bootle - £30,279.60 per annum - 45 hours per week

Do you have a full clean, UK manual driving licence?

We are looking for an On-Street Supervisor to manage a contract-based team of Civil Enforcement Officers in Bootle.

As a Supervisor, you would be responsible for ensuring operational requirements and service level agreements are met throughout all aspects of the contract. 
 
This role is ideal for current or previous Civil Enforcement Officers looking to develop their career. 

What you will do:

- Manage your on-street team of enforcement staff to ensure they are performing their duties.
- Work on-street with your team to ensure staff are effectively deployed. 
- Review performance data to ensure contractual requirements are met and implement corrective measures
- Motivate, praise and develop your team
- Ensure KPIs are consistently met by the enforcement team
- Make recommendations to management on service/operational issues
- Set objectives, conduct appraisals and identifying training needs for operational staff
- Maintain and uphold client relationships. 

 
What you will bring:

- You will need 1 years experience of Civil Enforcement Officer experience. 
- Be able to demonstrate team management skills including coaching, training and recruiting
- Experience working within a client facing role with good commercial acumen
- Experience of monitoring KPIs and preparation of reports
- Good written and verbal communication
- Hold a full clean, UK drivers licence.
