ServiceNow Architect

Our client is seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of cutting-edge solutions on the ServiceNow platform, with a particular focus on Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC), Vendor Risk Management (VRM), and Third Party Risk Management (TPRM).

You will be responsible for designing scalable, efficient, and secure solutions that align with the business's strategic objectives, working closely with key stakeholders to ensure a seamless integration of technology and process improvement.

• Architect and design solutions for GRC/IRM, VRM, and TPRM within the ServiceNow platform, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define scope, and deliver tailored solutions that address business challenges.
• Drive the end-to-end implementation lifecycle, including integration with existing systems, customisation, and optimisation of workflows.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring teams on ServiceNow best practices, development standards, and implementation strategies.
• Stay ahead of emerging trends in risk management and ServiceNow capabilities, proactively identifying opportunities for innovation and enhancement.

• Extensive experience as a ServiceNow Architect, with a strong focus on GRC/IRM, VRM, and TPRM modules.
• Proven expertise in designing and implementing scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
• Deep understanding of risk management processes, third-party assessments, and compliance frameworks.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• A proactive mindset, with a passion for driving platform excellence and delivering business value.
