Key Requirements:


  • A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and implementation.
  • Expertise in HR Service Delivery (HRSD) is essential.
  • Experience with additional ServiceNow modules is highly advantageous.
  • Proven ability to lead technical projects and deliver solutions that meet client needs.
  • Strong client-facing experience, including managing stakeholder relationships and gathering requirements.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
