Hydraulic Technician

Hydraulic Technician - Aberdeenshire - Up to £22/hour

We are currently hiring for an experienced Hydraulic Technician to join the team based in Oldmeldrum, Aberdeenshire.

This will be suitable for someone with a strong mechanical background and at least 5 years of experience.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver the highest quality of repair, on time and to budget, and in accordance with work packs and customer specific requirements.


• Ensuring all workshop equipment is suitably maintained and kept up to standard.


• Able to work from home/offshore from time to time at short notice.


• Ensuring all workshop/job documentation is completed to a high standard


• Ensure that the company's interest and image are projected at all times through good practice and safe working.


• Participation in all Health, Safety, Quality and Environment (HSQE) initiatives such as prevention of non-conformities in the form of accidents, injuries and illness and to actively seek to eliminate any unsafe work practices and conditions.

Requirements:

• Relevant qualification and/or be Time Served in a similar role.


• Hydraulics and mechanically minded.


• Pipefitting and hose manufacturing.


• Experience with pump and motor rebuilds.


• Able to read and understand Hydraulic and Mechanical drawings.


• Ability to compile accurate service reports to a high standard.
