Salary: $90,000-1000,000

I am working with a distinguished culinary destination, renowned for its exceptional Italian cuisine and inviting ambiance, is currently seeking a General Manager to join their team.

This role presents a remarkable opportunity to lead and oversee operations in a renowned dining establishment, with a lot of growth opportunities, lively atmosphere, and company perks!

Responsibilities:

• Manage the restaurant’s daily operations to ensure guests are provided with an exceptional experience
• Lead with the recruitment of team members.
  
  Provide leadership and guidance to staff, building and fostering a positive and motivating work environment
• Promptly and efficiently resolving all customer inquiries to satisfaction
• Develop and implement financial and operational strategies to help achieve and exceed financial goals
• Maintaining cleanliness and safety standards throughout the restaurant to provide a welcoming and comfortable environment for customers

Key Requirements:

• 2+ years General Manager restaurant experience
• Experience in a upscale, fine dining restaurant
• Strong people management and development skills
• Solid Negotiation and Mediation skills
• Genuine passion for the restaurant industry and a dedication to delivering memorable dining experiences to customers
