Master Technician – Worcester – Main Dealership

Salary: Up to £49,000 OTE (depending on qualifications, experience, and skills)
Bonus: Generous bonus scheme available
Working Hours: Monday to Friday only

Our client, a well-established main dealership in Worcester, is seeking an experienced Master Technician to join their busy Service Department.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform maintenance, servicing, and repairs on vehicles to the highest standards.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical and electrical faults efficiently.
- Ensure all work is completed on time and to the dealership's quality standards.
- Keep accurate records of work carried out and communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Provide exceptional customer service through high-quality workmanship.

Minimum Requirements:

- NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent).
- At least 2 years' experience in a dealership or similar role as a Master Technician or Senior Vehicle Technician.
- Full UK driving license.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
