We are looking for an Adults Approved Mental Health Practitioner to join the Emergency Duty Team

About The Team
The team provides social work assistance on an emergency basis to a range of vulnerable people, including families where children may be at risk, people with disabilities and/or acute mental health problems.

Responsibilities are to arrange and coordinate assessments, complete statutory documents and assessment reports, conduct reviews, and support plans.

You will join the supportive team to assist in delivering duties outside of normal working hours

About you

Will have a minimum of three years' experience and have a degree within social work (Degree/ DipSW/COSW).

You will keep up to date with the relevant regulations, policy and legislation relating to Adult Social Care, Children Social Care, and the Mental Health Act.

Be AMHP qualified with adults and children's experience.
