Join our client in the Worcester and Hereford area as a Temporary Ground Maintenance Supervisor.

In this pivotal role, you will collaborate with the Estates Manager to oversee and execute Grounds Maintenance operations, manage a team of gardeners, and ensure the highest level of service delivery.

Experience in a similar Grounds Maintenance role
Full UK Driving License
Team management skills
Proficient in Health and Safety practices

Training in related fields
Knowledge of garden maintenance best practices
Customer service experience

*Preferred Education and Experience

Candidates with a background in Grounds Maintenance, previous team management experience, and familiarity with Health and Safety regulations are preferred.

This role requires working Monday to Thursday from 7.30am to 3.30pm and Friday from 7.30am to 3pm.
