Motor Recoveries Litigation Executive

Sacco Mann has been instructed on a vacancy within a highly regarded global firm, for a Litigation Executive to join a well-established Motor team in Salford, to handle the recovery of insured and uninsured losses arising from motor disputes.

The role:

• Manage a caseload of pre-litigated and litigated recovery claims, overseeing all procedural aspects from issue through to trial.


• Draft pleadings and evaluate personal injury claims using JC guidelines and case law.


• Assess claims for special damages and negotiate settlements effectively.


• Prepare witness statements for court proceedings and conduct telephone advocacy.


• Liaise professionally with solicitors, counsel, courts and clients.


• Adhere to client SLA requirements in terms of reporting and updates.

Essential skills:

• Minimum 1 year of RTA recovery litigation experience.


• Detailed understanding of recoveries procedures and the ability to run the process with little supervision.


• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and maintain accuracy under pressure.


• Excellent organisational skills and an ability to work independently within a fast-paced environment.
