Support Worker required to support our client based in Wiltshire.

Our client specialising in supporting care leavers aged 16+ years in semi-independent living accomodation.

You must have full Right to Work, and be able to work full time.

Driver with access to your own car - essential

As a Support Worker you will be responsbile for a small case load of 12 young people across Wiltshire (Chippenham, Calne, Trowbridge) and duties will include;

• Following Care Plans


• 1-1 work


• Budgeting and handling petty cash


• Shopping and meal prep with young people


• Promoting independence


• Attending appointments in the community


• Liaising with Social Workers, Family and Friends


• Responsible in planning your own week and appointments to accomodate young people

Support Worker Hours:

Monday - Friday

9:00-17:00 / one day 10:00-18:00

Some weekend work included, which will result in 2 week days off.

Support Worker Rate of Pay:

£11.44 per hour PAYE or £14.57 Umbrella

Support Worker Requirements:

• Driver, with access to a car (mileage paid)


• Enhanced Child and Adults DBS


• Local to Reading


• Experience working in residential child care, housing, semi-independent living
