Military Claims Solicitor

Sacco Mann are working with a national, award-winning, Legal 500 ranked firm, who have a vacancy for a dedicated Solicitor to join their specialist military claims team in Manchester.

This team handles complex military injury cases, such as PTSD, Brain Injuries, Amputations, Hearing Loss and Training and Aviation accidents.

As a Military Claims Solicitor your role will be:

• Collaborate closely with an experienced military claims partner.


• Handle Armed Forces Compensation Scheme (AFCS) claims.


• Prepare detailed case documents, including statements and tribunal papers.


• Engage in client care and advocacy.


• Develop and manage your network through business development initiatives.


• Strengthen charitable partnerships.

The ideal candidate:

• A qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive, with 0-2 years' PQE.


• Military claims work experience (AFCS or CICA knowledge advantageous)


• Demonstrable experience in general Personal Injury (EL/PL or Catastrophic Injury is particularly desirable).


• Effective business development and networking skills.


• Strong academic and client care credentials.
