The Role

The Bar Manager will oversee a large team and manage operations across eight different bars, ensuring smooth service and consistent guest experiences.

They will be responsible for training staff, maintaining inventory, and driving revenue while upholding high standards of quality and safety across all locations.

What they are looking for:

• Skilled in training, developing, and motivating a large bar team across multiple locations
• Strong experience managing operations across several bar units, ensuring consistency and high standards
• A dynamic and enthusiastic leader, capable of inspiring a large team
• Experience in the Caribbean or similar tropical environments is a plus
• Expertise in inventory control, staff scheduling, budgeting, and maintaining safety and quality standards
