The Role

The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing a team of 18+ staff, ensuring smooth daily operations, and delivering exceptional service.

They will lead by example, provide training and support, manage inventory and schedules, and to maintain high standards.

What they are looking for:

• Experience within a French establishment is preferred, or a background in high-end Michelin-starred or a la carte restaurants
• Strong ability to manage and motivate a diverse team, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional service delivery
• Knowledge or experience working in the Caribbean hospitality industry is an asset
• Proficiency in managing restaurant operations, including inventory control, scheduling, and customer relations
