Test & Validation Engineer

For this Test & Validation Engineer job you will be responsible for the development of high quality, high demand products sold into a regulated environment and supporting the product design throughout its life, making continuous improvements to enhance product value.

Main responsibilities for this Test & Validation Engineer job include working with colleagues in R&D and Manufacturing to sustain existing manufacturing activities, and introduce new manufacturing capabilities for existing product and for New Product Introductions.

The Test & Validation Engineer, will be involved in the following:

• Managing test facilities


• Oversee the training and operation of the test facilities by other users


• Support NPI/Quality in the final testing and approval of production units


• Generation test plans and test procedures and execution of product tests; ensuring all findings are properly recorded and communicated


• Design, development & implementation and/or configuration of test equipment for bespoke testing


• Execution of physical tests in support of development validation and pre-submission requirements

The skills/experience needed for this Test & Validation Engineer job are:

• Hands on practical experience in product testing and prototype manufacture


• Experienced in preparation of test documentation and report preparation


• Understanding of robust test plan generation, including design of experiments


• Positive “can do“ attitude and an eye for detail


• Experienced with CAD

This Test And Validation Engineer must be eligible to pass SC clearance and therefore VISA sponsorship can't be considered.
