The Role

The Executive Chef will oversee a culinary team of approximately 100, ensuring seamless operations across four diverse dining outlets.

They will be responsible for crafting innovative menus, maintaining the highest quality standards, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Collaboration with various departments and a focus on mentorship will be key to leading the team and upholding the resort's reputation for excellence in dining.

What they are looking for:

• Fluency in both English and Spanish is essential
• Significant leadership experience working in high-end international settings, particularly in luxury resorts or fine dining establishments
• Proven ability to manage kitchen operations in high-volume environments while maintaining quality and consistency
• A strong background in crafting and executing fine dining Asian cuisine, including menu development and high-end presentation skills
