My client is looking for a Senior Support Worker to join a national children's provider supporting children with emotional, behavioural and social difficulties located in Birmingham.

This is a full-time permanent role that includes shift patterns covering weekdays, weekends, long days, and overnight stays.

If you had experience working with children, or experience working with young adults with challenging behaviours then I would like to hear from you.

Someone who is enthusiastic, confident, and passionate about supporting young people.

What are the requirements:

• Ideally experience working with children and young people


• Level 3 in Residential Childcare
