They are seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their team.

This role pays a competitive salary of £45,000 - £50,000 annually depending on experience.

Responsibilities as a Commercial Property Solicitor:

• Handle your own Commercial Property Caseload from start to completion.


• Provide outstanding client care at all times and have professional approach


• Develop and grow the commercial property and expand the client base


• Reviewing searches and Land Registry applications

About you as a Commercial Property Solicitor:

• Qualified Solicitor with experience handling commercial property matters with a minimum of five years PQE


• Experience in managing a range of commercial property transactions


• Ability to work to deadlines, to prioritise, and manage a varied caseload


• Excellent negotiation skills.


• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure.


• Strong written and verbal communication skills.


• Proven ability to manage and progress a caseload while providing pragmatic advice.
