Seeking a Senior Sous Chef to be responsible for supporting the Executive Chef in managing kitchen operations, overseeing food preparation and quality, and leading the team to deliver consistent and exceptional culinary experiences.

Head Chef requirements:

• 3+ years experience in a similar kitchen leadership role, preferably in an upscale, high-end environment
• Skilled in managing inventory, schedules, and food safety compliance
• Strong ability to train staff and maintain high culinary standards

Head Chef benefits:

• Competitive Salary: $80,000 to $90,000 annually
