Associate/Senior Associate - Housing Disrepair

A leading UK law firm seeks an experienced Associate/Senior Associate to join their growing Housing Disrepair Team.

This team specialises in representing Registered Providers and Local Authorities and is highly ranked in the Legal 500.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage litigated housing disrepair claims from start to finish.


• Draft defences, prepare witness statements, and oversee case preparation for trial.


• Supervise and support junior solicitors and paralegals in the team.


• Provide top-tier client service with a focus on practical, cost-effective solutions.

Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience in Social Housing Law, ideally with Local Authority representation.


• Skilled at handling cases to trial and supervising juniors.


• Strong client communication skills and proactive team player.
