IP Solicitor

Sacco Mann are working with a top tier firm of long-established Patent and Trade Mark specialists who are looking to recruit a passionate IP Solicitor into their impressive and sizeable London IP Solicitor team.

Ideally, you'll be an IP Solicitor with circa 2-4 years post qualification experience who is comfortable handling contentious, soft IP litigation.

Complimenting and supporting IP Solicitor Partners, this is a superbly varied position where day to day a snapshot of your dispute duties will include, trade mark, design and copyright cases, infringement, oppositions and cancellation proceedings, pre-action advisory work, mediation, domain name disputes and anti-counterfeiting matters.

You'll also be au fait with agreements (settlement and co-existence), negotiating and drafting as well as assisting with licence and assignment agreements.

A motivated individual with outstanding interpersonal skills, you'll be as comfortable working autonomously as you are working cohesively within a stellar international team.

Your expertise will be key in providing an unrivalled service offering advice to an impressive pool of clients.
