Stock Condition Surveyor

I am working with a construction consultancy who are seeking a Stock Condition Surveyor to join their team based in Birmingham on a permanent basis.

You will play a role in overseeing stock condition survey programs for prestigious large-scale schemes.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct site visits.


• Perform inspections and condition surveys, delivering insightful reports that demonstrate attention to detail.


• Write articulate reports to effectively communicate findings.


• Manage diary schedules with finesse to ensure operational efficiency.


• Establish and maintain strong client relationships through effective liaison.

Requirements:

• Experience working on residential buildings.


• A construction-related degree and/or 5 years of relevant experience.


• Proven experience in the industry, showcasing knowledge and proficiency.


• Possession of a full UK driving license and access to your vehicle.


• Excellent organisational skills, punctuality, and written and verbal communication.


• A strong commitment to health and safety standards, aligning with our corporate ethos.
