Practice Nurse

Service Care Solutions are recruiting for a Practice Nurse to support a GP in Elsmere Port on a Locum Basis.



Location: Elsmere Port, Cheshire
Rates of Pay: £28 p/h + £250 Welcome Bonus
System: EMIS
Duration: Until 17th January
Days per Week: Up to 5 days per week

We are currently seeking a highly motivated Practice Nurse to join the team in Elsmere Port, Cheshire.

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled and experienced nurse to provide high-quality care in a supportive and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide general nursing care in a general practice setting


• Work both independently and as part of a collaborative team


• Manage patient assessments, treatments, and follow-ups


• Administer vaccinations, screenings, and health checks


• Support the clinical team with a variety of duties and ensure the highest standard of patient care

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Practice Nurse in a general practice setting


• Proficiency in the EMIS Web system


• Current NMC and DBS Registration


• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team


• Strong communication and organisational skills
