We are currently looking for a Deputy Manager to join a Children's Home based in Birmingham.

This role requires a Level 3 in Residential Childcare and at least a years experience as a Senior Support Worker.

About the team

The home supports Children and Young Adults who may have suffered from Trauma in their past and now exhibit behaviours that challenge.

About you

The right person will have a Level 3 in Residential Childcare with experience working with Children and Young Adults within a residential setting ideally those that have experienced Trauma or adverse backgrounds.

Will have the ability to work alongside a mutli-disciplinary team and ability to step up when the Registered Manager is abscent from the service.
