HEAD OF MARKETING – RESTAURANTS, JEDDAH BASE!

We have been retained by a very food & quality focused in the Saudi Arabian F&B industry and due to their expansion plans, we are seeking an experienced Head of Marketing, to spearhead their marketing efforts across both industries.

The ideal candidate will drive innovative marketing strategies, enhance brand visibility, and help us strengthen our position as a leader in the market.

Head of Marketing Role in Brief:

We are looking for a results-driven, creative, and strategic Head of Marketing with proven expertise in the F&B industry.

This role will involve overseeing all marketing campaigns, brand positioning, digital marketing efforts, and customer engagement strategies to elevate the company’s presence in both industries.

And building and developing the team.

This is a unique opportunity to establish a marketing department.

What are looking for in our ideal Head of Marketing?

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on the F&B industry.
• Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media strategies, and content creation.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative thinker with strong analytical skills to measure and optimize marketing efforts.
• Fluent in English (Arabic language skills are an added advantage).
• Knowledge of the Saudi market and its specific trends is an added advantage.
• Looking to build and lead a department to the next level.
• Willing to roll-up sleeves and get stuck in.
• Leadership and team management capabilities.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across various departments.
• Adaptability to evolving market trends and consumer preferences.
• Passionate about the F&B industry.

• Able to work under pressure.

Salary Package: negotiable but around the SAR40-45k mark pm plus medical, flights and standard benefits
