Fostering Social Workers!!

I'm currently assisting the Government of Jersey in attracting social workers to come and move to the Island and be part of a team within their fostering social work service.



Jersey are offering a £3,000 relocation payment, a £5,000 joining bonus and salary up to £60,000, on top of only 20% local taxes.

You will receive a pension scheme of 16%.

There are two positions: One with their fostering recruitment service and one with their support service.

You will be either given the responsibility of recruiting / assessing and attracting / marketing for foster carers on the Island, or have a caseload and supporting a small number of foster carers in supporting young people.

YOU WILL NEED TO HAVE A QUALIFICATION IN SOCIAL WORK, AND HAVE EXPERIENCE WORKING IN A FOSTERING TEAM AS A QUALIFIED SOCIAL WORKER, EITHER WITH RECRUITMENT / ASSESSMENT EXPERIENCE OR AS A SUPERVISING SOCIAL WORKER
