Commercial Property Solicitor

I am currently representing a well-established boutique law firm based in Merseyside.

They are seeking a talented Commercial Property Solicitor to join their dynamic team.

Role Overview:

You will be responsible for confidently managing a diverse caseload of commercial property matters.

This includes handling off-plan transactions and plot sale files with efficiency and expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage a varied caseload of commercial property matters from start to finish.
- Provide high-quality legal advice and assistance to clients.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues and support staff.

The candidate

You will be a qualified solicitor with experiencing at least 3 years in commercial property law, specifically fulfilling a fee earning position.

You will hold strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills and attention to detail and a commitment to excellent client service.

You will should be have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and consistently meet deadlines and be able to add value to the property team.

Benefits:

This is a full time permanent position and my client are offering a competitive salary ranging from £35,000 to £50,000, depending on experience and qualifications.

My client can offer a supportive work environment with a focus on professional growth and once settle into the role can offer 1 day working from home.
