Are you a dedicated Residential Property Solicitor looking for your next opportunity?

I'm currently recruiting for a talented solicitor/lawyer with expertise in residential conveyancing to join a reputable law firm based in Crosby, Liverpool.

About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site position where you'll handle a variety of property matters, leveraging your deep knowledge of residential property law to deliver exceptional service to both new and long-standing clients.

In addition to managing your caseload, you'll play a key role in building strong client relationships.

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will:

- Be a qualified solicitor or lawyer with a minimum of 4 years\' experience in residential property law, ideally gained in a reputable firm.
- Possess a strong understanding of the legal aspects of residential conveyancing, with excellent attention to detail.
- Demonstrate strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to navigate complex cases effectively.
- Thrive under pressure, with the ability to independently manage a busy workload while being a collaborative team player.
- Be adaptable, proactive, and client-focused, with a genuine passion for residential property law.
