We are conveniently located in Riversway - the Preston docks area.

We are at an exciting point in our growth and are looking for a new engineer to join our team and grow with us.

The ideal candidate will have a number of years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in IT systems and network management.

You must have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.

Your Duties as IT Support / Helpdesk Engineer will include :

• Troubleshooting IT issues both remotely and on-site
• Installing and configuring IT hardware and software
• Managing cloud based systems and services
• Managing and updating documentation

Our Ideal Candidate will have :

• Prior experience working in an MSP technical role
• In depth knowledge and experience supporting Microsoft Windows/Windows Server
• A sound knowledge of IT security concepts and services
• Good understanding of networking
• Experience with Microsoft 365 administration
• Fantastic time management
• Excellent communication skills
• Competent spoken/written English
• Enthusiasm for the job and IT
• Full UK driving license
