We are currently looking for an experienced Team Leader for a home based in Leicester

This position requires a blend of empathy, leadership, and specialized knowledge to provide the best possible care and support.

The team leader oversees day-to-day operations, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment tailored to the unique needs of each child.

They coordinate with a multidisciplinary team, including educators, therapists, and social workers, to develop and implement personalized care plans.

Additionally, they serve as a mentor and role model for both the children and staff, fostering a culture of understanding, resilience, and growth.

In this role, maintaining open communication with families and stakeholders is crucial to building trust and facilitating a holistic approach to each child's development.
