My client is an ambitious private care company who operate high quality, child focused children's homes across the UK.

We are looking for Residential Support Workers to join their home in Bromyard, Herefordshire

Working in a residential children's home includes supporting young people with daily routine such as washing, cleaning, meal times and homework, supporting them in their interests and hobbies, de-escalation of challenging behaviour including physical and verbal aggression.

This is a full-time permanent role that includes shift patterns covering weekdays, weekends, long days, and overnight stays.

If you had experience working with children, or experience working with young adults with challenging behaviours then I would like to hear from you.

What's on offer:

• Competitive salary from £24,960 (with sleep ins the OTE is approx £29,000)


• Time and Third Enhancement Pay on hours worked after 10pm

What are the requirements:

• Ideally experience working with children and young people (schools, youth work, fostering, SEN education or children in care)


• Full UK driving licence


• Ability to work days, evenings, weekends and sleep ins
