Assembler required with immediate start available.

Positions are due to an increase in orders, and company growth.

Permanent employment on offer to the right candidate with a generous Shift allowance including 10% extra in morning and 20% extra for afternoons dependant on experience.

Our client has had a presence in their specialist industry for decades, supplying blue-chip organisations across the Globe.

Assembler Experience

• Manufacturing according to engineering drawings and build instructions.


• Utilising basic hand tools including drills, grinders, clamps, cutting tools, and rivet guns.


• Experience working within a multi-skilled environment.


• Responsible for the general cleanliness and care of the personal area and that of the main workshop


• Ability to read and interpret basic engineering drawings.


• Combined education and on-the-job training within an engineering background.

About you:

• To be successful in this role as an Assembler, you'll have previous experience gained from carrying out a similar role.


• Ideally you will have worked in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.


• Comfortable with hand tools


• Read basic engineering drawings.
  
  

Working hours

This is a days based role however, throughout busy periods there will be Morning and afternoon shift implemented.

The morning and afternoon shift will rotate weekly.

We expect that the shifts will run for the majority of 2025.

• Days 7.30 - 4 pm, 1 pm finish on Fridays


• Early shift 6 am - 2 pm


• Afternoon Shift 2pm - 11 pm, 5 pm finish on Fridays

The Assembler role is based in Idle, Bradford
