Location: Chorley
Service: Acquired Brain Injury Service
Salary: Up to £30,225 per annum



We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Supported Living Manager to lead our clients New Acquired Brain Injury Service in Chorley.

This role demands a proactive individual who can provide operational leadership and ensure the excellent delivery of services while enhancing the quality of life for their clients.



Key Responsibilities



  • Oversee a team of dedicated professionals, fostering an environment of collaboration and excellence.

  • Implement strategies to ensure efficient service delivery and maintain high standards of care.

  • Ensure that all service delivery meets regulatory requirements and best practice standards.

  • Develop and implement individual care plans that cater to the complex needs of clients with acquired brain injuries.



Qualifications and Experience



  • Demonstrable experience in a similar role, preferably within acquired brain injury services or supported living environments.

  • A solid understanding of the complex needs associated with acquired brain injuries and strategies for effective management.

  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team effectively.
