Cluster Residence Manager

Location: Gran Canaria | Salary: €40,000 - €50,000 per year

Are you a seasoned hospitality professional with a passion for managing multiple properties and delivering exceptional guest experiences? We are seeking a Cluster Residence Manager to oversee the operations of multiple accommodations within a hospitality company.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage day-to-day operations across multiple properties, ensuring consistency in service and guest satisfaction.
• Oversee and support on-site teams, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Monitor budgets, schedules, and resources to achieve operational excellence.
• Ensure the smooth coordination of property maintenance and guest services.
• Trav el between locations to ensure effective management and support.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in hospitality management, ideally overseeing multiple properties.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with teams and guests.
• Flexibility to travel regularly between locations as required.
• Fluency in English and Spanish
• Communicate German is a must
