Streaming and Assessment Nurse

We are currently seeking Paramedics and Nurses with assessment streaming and triage experience to join our team and support A&E departments in Sandwell, Dudley, and Walsall within the Midlands.

• Locations: Sandwell, Dudley, and Walsall (Midlands)


• Role Requirements:


• Paramedics or Nurses with experience in assessment streaming and triage within A&E departments.


• NMC pin required.

• Act as part of the Urgent Care team, supporting and enhancing the Emergency Department Service Delivery.


• Liaise with colleagues and provide effective multidisciplinary team working within the organisation.


• Provide care and advice to service users using clinical assessment skills and evidence-based practice to deliver timely and effective treatment.


• Act within agreed protocols, guided by organisational policies and within the scope of professional practice.


• Work under indirect supervision, accessing team knowledge and skills as needed.


• Offer flexibility and commitment to the team and work across a diverse range of shift patterns to support service delivery.


• Ensure safeguarding and infection control protocols are adhered to.

• Competitive Pay Rates:


• Weekdays: £28 per hour


• Weekends: £30 per hour


• Flexible Sessions: Shifts ranging from 4 to 12 hours, available 7 days a week


• Advanced Rotas: Rotas provided 2 months in advance, with block booking opportunities once established


• Smooth Onboarding: An approval pack completed before booking ensures a smooth start
