Area Manager – California – Up to $100k

We are working with a client who is a fast-casual seafood restaurant.

They have a new opening based around California and surrounding states for a Area Manager that would look after some of their West Coast locations.

They are a seafood restaurant renowned for its focus on sustainably sourced products served in a casual and inviting atmosphere.

The Role

The Area Manager, reporting to the Director of Operations, will oversee 3-5 restaurant locations, driving sales growth, operational efficiency, and guest satisfaction.

This role will lead teams, implement strategies to achieve goals, and ensure consistent operational excellence across their locations.
