Guest Experience Manager - £43,000

The Role:

We are looking for a Guest Experience Manager with a strong background in Mayfair dining.

This role will initially be a Restaurant Manager role and will eventually transition into a FOH Manager position.

Therefore, you must have solid experience in managing the restaurant floor and leading front-of-house operations.

This role is all about creating a memorable experience for guests and ensuring the smooth running of restaurant operations on the floor.

The ideal candidate will have a keen understanding of the crowd, knowing how to attract and engage high-end clientele.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Guest Engagement: Ensure the guests have an unforgettable experience.
  • Brand Ambassador: Serve as the face of the restaurant, representing the brand with style and confidence.
  • Operations on the Floor: Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring top-quality service and atmosphere.
  • Networking: Ideally, bring a solid network to help build and maintain a loyal customer base.
  • Team Coordination: Work closely with the front-of-house team to manage guest flow and service standards.

Ideal Candidate:


  • Great Communicator: You know how to connect with people and make them feel special.
  • Background in luxury venues, preferably within Mayfair.
  • People Skills: A natural ability to manage the guest experience, creating lasting impressions.
