Facilities Coordinator


We're looking for a Facilities and Workspace Coordinator to join our team on a part time basis covering two sites in Devizes and Frome.

You'll help ensure our workspaces are safe, inclusive, and efficient by supporting the Workspace and Facilities Managers and handling day-to-day tasks.



What You'll Do



  • Oversee contractors and ensure compliance with safety and legal standards.

  • Respond to workspace requests and issues via the Service Desk.

  • Assist with health, safety, and emergency planning across all workspaces.

  • Manage contracts for services like cleaning, catering, and security.

  • Be a key point of contact, supporting colleagues, contractors, and customers.



What We're Looking For



  • Experience in Facilities or Workspace Management, especially in corporate settings.

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage tasks and priorities.

  • Good people skills to build relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.

  • Familiarity with health and safety practices in the workplace.

  • A proactive problem-solver with a keen interest in sustainability and improvement.

  • Confident communicator, able to work with people at all levels.

  • Ready to respond quickly and calmly to emergencies.
