Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the development and implementation of Product Assurance (PA) plans for space projects.
- Oversee quality assurance, safety, and risk management processes.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, such as ECSS and ISO.
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, and project management teams to ensure effective product delivery.
- Conduct audits, reviews, and inspections of processes and deliverables.
- Manage non-conformances and ensure corrective actions are implemented effectively.
- Provide PA expertise and guidance to internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Support test campaigns to ensure product integrity and reliability.

What You Bring:

- Proven experience in Product Assurance within the space, aerospace, or high-tech industries.
- Strong knowledge of ECSS standards and PA processes.
- Familiarity with mission-critical systems and the end-to-end product lifecycle.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to liaise with multidisciplinary teams and external partners.
