Shift Pattern: Days | 37.5 hours.
Pay Rate: Band 5 or 6 | Dependent on experience.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately prepare, compound, and dispense medications under the supervision of a pharmacist.


• Verify patient prescriptions and ensure adherence to dosages and protocols.


• Verify current medications against prescriptions to prevent errors, omissions, or duplications.


• Monitor and manage medication inventory to ensure availability and minimize waste.


• Ensure proper storage conditions and rotate stock to prevent expiration.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Fully enhanced valid DBS


• Basic medicine management experience


• Must have Pharmacy Technician qualification


• Must be able to travel between team bases & across trust.
