Service Care Solutions is currently working alongside a trustworthy law firm based in West Yorkshire. The firm needs a Residential Property fee earner to join its increasing team.

This role pays a competitive salary of £28,000 - £35,000 annually depending on experience.

Responsibilities as a Residential Property Fee Earner:

• Able to work under pressure and work as a member of a team.


• Able to prioritise workload and meet deadlines.


• Good IT Skills with knowledge in Windows, Excel and word.


• Sound Technical conveyancing knowledge

About you as a Residential Property Fee Earner:

• 2 year's experience in Residential Property


• Good spoken English to resolve telephone enquiries


• Excellent written English to produce documents for the clients, Court and other parties


• Having a Flexible and ‘can do' attitude.
