We are seeking an experienced CNC Setter/Operator/Programmer to join our Turning section.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled CNC Turner with a strong background in setting and programming to become part of a growing and dynamic team in Coventry, West Midlands.

About the Role

As a CNC Machinist - Turner, you will be responsible for setting up and operating machines to produce high-quality components.

Working with Fanuc controls and leveraging your expertise, you'll ensure precision and accuracy in production while maintaining our high standards.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience with Fanuc controls (essential)
• CAD/CAM experience - advantageous but not essential
• Ability to set up and operate machines independently with minimal supervision
• A meticulous approach to working within tight tolerances and checking your own work during production

Working Hours:

• Monday to Thursday: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
• Friday: 7:00 AM - 12:00 PM
• Opportunities for overtime available.

Qualifications & Experience:

• GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a machine operator (preferred)
