HEAD CHEF - Abu Dhabi

We have been retained by an international client that is looking to bolster their kitchen team with a Head Chef for their Seafood restaurant.

The restaurant is a Michelin selected restaurant, with the aim of achieving Michelin rating. 

The Head Chef must be able to use locally supplied ingrideints and spices to produce great quality dishes for guests.

We are looking for someone that has high energy, and great personality that can entertain guest while ensuring high quality dishes. 

The ideal candidate:

• passion for sourcin high quality local ingredients 
• exceptional creativity in flavour combinations

Experience:

• extensive experience in high-end fine dining kitchens, ideally with a proven track record in Michelin starred restaurants
