Holt Engineering Recruitment are looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to join our manufacturing client in Portsmouth!

The Production Supervisor will play a crucial role in the supervision and progress amongst the production team.

Paying up to £30,000 Per annum 

The Duties of the Production Supervisor will be:

- Supervising a team of up to 24+ operators
- Delegating tasks to operators based on their skill set and the production plan
- Providing regular updates to the production planner and production manager 
- Holding weekly team meetings to keep production running smoothly 
- General HR duties including investigation and disciplinary meetings when required 
- Contacting customers to discuss any queries 

The Successful Production Supervisor will need:

- Previous experience supervising a team within a production environment 
- Excellent time management skills 
- Great communication Skills
- Be PC Literate 
- Previous experience with electrical assembly is desirable but not essential
- Understanding of IPC 620 Standards
- Have experience in motivating a team and monitoring KPI's and team targets

Working Monday to Friday 7.30am-4.00pm with an early finish on Fridays.
