About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Practice Nurse to join our team on a temporary basis for approximately 2 months.

This is an excellent opportunity for a nurse who is passionate about providing high-quality care within a general practice setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing chronic disease clinics


• Administering vaccinations and immunisations


• Assisting with wound care


• Collaborating with a supportive team to deliver exceptional patient care

Requirements:

• Valid NMC registration


• Experience with SystmOne system


• Strong clinical skills and experience in general practice nursing


• Excellent communication skills and a commitment to high-quality patient care
