Event Manager, Exhibitions, London, Up to £45k + Bonus

We are excited to be working with one a leading event provider who have a new opening for an Event Manager to join their team.

The Event Manager will be responsible for the planning and delivery of large-scale exhibitions, with full accountability across logistics, budgets, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the operational delivery of multiple projects from conception to completion
• Coordinate with suppliers, venues, and internal teams
• Manage budgets, contracts, and health & safety protocols
• Design and manage floor plans  
• Manage the tender processes for event designs  
• Analyse and improve processes for future events

About You:

• Previous experience with large-scale international exhibitions
• Strong project management and negotiation skills
• Able to work on multiple projects at once  
• Strong experience managing budgets  
• Great communication skills  
• Health and safety
• Fantastic team player with a can-do attitude
