The Role:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced, energetic, and hands-on General Manager to join a dynamic independent restaurant and bar group.

We are looking for someone with a bright and bubbly personality who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Previous experience as a GM is a must for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading and motivating a high-performing team to deliver exceptional service
• Managing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant and bar, ensuring smooth service at all times
• Driving business growth through marketing, promotions, and customer engagement
• Implementing and maintaining operational standards, including health and safety
• Maintaining a welcoming atmosphere and building strong relationships with guests
• Managing financial performance, including budgets, forecasts, and cost control

Key Requirements:

• Previous experience in a General Manager role, preferably within a restaurant or bar
• Experience with table service is essential
• A bubbly, energetic personality with strong leadership skills
• Hands-on, proactive approach to management
