An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Level 3 qualified Room Leader to join a reputable childcare nursery.

This full-time role offers excellent benefits and a salary Up to £27,040.

As a Room Leader,you will provide leadership and management for playroom staff, ensuring excellent care and education for all children in collaboration with the management team.

You will be responsible for:



* Ensure accurate planning and assessment by appropriate staff.


* Support good practices for special educational needs and inclusion.


* Effectively deploy staff to maintain required standards.


* Ensure child safety and staff confidence in safeguarding procedures.


* Support EYFS implementation in line with current guidelines.


* Develop professional relationships with outside agencies.


What we are looking for:



* Previously worked as a Room Leader, Third in Charge, Deputy Manager, Assistant Room Manager or in a similar role.


* At least 2 years of experience working as a Nursery Practitioner.


* Possess Level 3 qualification.


* Background in communicating with parents and carers.


* Strong safeguarding procedures knowledge.


* Understanding of the current Early Years Inspection Framework.


* Ideally hold SENDCO qualification and Food Hygiene Level 2 and Paediatric First Aid certification
