Job Title: Clinical & Dental Negligence Solicitor / Fee Earner (2+ Years PQE) – Full Time

Role Overview:
We are offering a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Clinical & Dental Negligence Solicitor to join a rapidly growing law firm.

The successful candidate will join the firm’s Clinical Negligence department, managing a quality caseload and handling cases from inception to trial.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage a varied caseload of clinical and dental negligence claims, including medical misdiagnosis, surgical negligence, prescription and medication errors, and dental negligence
- Advise and represent clients, ensuring they receive the highest standard of legal service and support
- Run cases independently from start to finish, including trial preparation
- Provide excellent client care, fostering strong relationships with clients
- Use case management systems efficiently, with Proclaim experience preferred but not essential
- Maintain high standards of written and oral communication

Essential Skills & Experience:

- Qualified Solicitor / Fee Earner with at least 2 years of clinical negligence experience
- Strong knowledge of clinical negligence law, including medical and dental claims
- Proven experience managing clinical negligence claims from inception to trial
- Excellent client care and communication skills
- Proficient with IT and case management systems (Proclaim experience preferred but not essential)
